| China City Forum's Beijing Summit warms up Chaoyang Business Festival |

The 6th Beijing Chaoyang International Business Festival will take place from September 15th to 18th. Characterized by efficiency and high-level exchanges, the preceding Festivals have assisted in the construction of CBD and familiarized investors, both domestic and international, with Chaoyang's investment environment. Continuing its tradition of being highly professional and concrete, the current Festival comprises three categories of activities forums, exhibitions and business cultural exchange the five forums being, Forum on CBD Financial Development, WTO and China: Beijing International Forum, Forum on Municipal Functional Training Development Plan, International Forum on the Research of Cultural Industry Planning in Chaoyang District and the China City Forum that is to be held from the 13th to the 15th. With the theme "Renovate Urban Management, Create City Value", the Forum aims to provide a platform for dialogue, communications and cooperation between decision-makers, experts and commercial interests. The previous China City Forum held during the 5th Chaoyang Business Festival in 2004 focused on the impact the 11th Five Year Plan made on the prevailing urban development strategy. Its discussions charted new waters on a variety of issues such as the urban planning and promotion of urban harmony. The Beijing Summit this year will continue to seek to break new grounds. China Urban Living Quality Report, done by the Beijing International Institute for City Development, will be released at the summit. The summit will also see the announcement of the "10 Prospects for China's Urban Development for the Next Five to Ten Years". Two awards, the "China City Management" and the "China Community Creativity Model", will also find their first ever owners at the occasion. Other events include recommending cities to Taiwanese investors and introduce to the media and public the official image representative of Chinese urban economy. The summit will include three themed forums, three roundtable forums and a multitude of ceremonies and sub-forums, made possible through the joint efforts from all participants, organizers, experts and media personnel. Attracting tremendous media attention, the China City Forum Beijing Summit will likely become the first highlight in the Chaoyang Business Festival.
