On May 25, the Beijing financial enterprises get together to hold the Charity Party------ Greeting the Olympics and Promoting Social Harmony, Beijing Financial Enterprise Charity Donation. Herein the party draws the attention of Mr. Zhou Daojiong, former chairman of China Securities Regulatory Commission, Mr. Zhang Xinwen, director-general of Beijing Securities Regulatory Bureau, Mr. Liu Yuelin, assistant director-general of Beijing Insurance Regulatory Bureau, Mr. Huo Xuewen, director of Coordination Group Office of Beijing Municipal Finance and deputy director of State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Beijing Municipal Government, Mr. Wang Hongzhuan, deputy director-general of Beijing Investment Promotion Bureau, Mr. Cheng Lianyuan, director of Chaoyang district, Ms. Cheng Hong, vice director of Chaoyang district and director of Beijing CBD administration committee, Beijing financial institutions, members of Beijing CBD Chamber of Finance, members of European Union Chamber of Commerce in China, and over 100 honored guests of key property companies in Beijing CBD.
The financial enterprises in the capital have created the fortunes for the capital, and at the same time cared about the disabled group to enhance the construction of socialist harmonious society. The annual charity event is held by Anbang Property & Casualty Insurance Co., Ltd, AIA Beijing Branch, Minsheng Life Insurance Co., Ltd, HSBC Bank £¨China£©Co. Lld. Beijing Representative Office, Zurich Insurance Company Beijing Representative Office, and China Minsheng Bank Corp., Ltd. This year, the members of Beijing CBD Chamber of Finance decide to donate part of Chamber of Finance tax in 2007 to the Lantian primary school for children of migrant workers in order to repay their parents who have contributed to the Beijing CBD.
