July 10th, the 7th CBD interna tional business Festival and Beijing CBD financial industry policy fulfilled news release meeting held in European Charm. The 7th CBD international business Festival will be held on 21st September to 24th September. The district governor Chen Gang introduced that, the theme of the business Festival is closely focused on the working keystone of Chaoyang district this year which shall¡°streng-then the urban management, prepare the Olympic games, and accelerate the development of science¡±. This festival shall also take¡°business and culture, cooperation and communi-cation¡±as a tenet, with the¡°business opportunities, cooperation, service, development¡± as the topic to fully reveal the capital, opportunity and development awareness.
Culture creative industry is another keystone of Chaoyang district¡¯s developing plan this year. There are 18 culture creative industrial areas in Beijing, 5 of them are in Chaoyang district. The industry¡¯s development already takes shape. According to statistics, the added value of culture creative industry equals to 5 billion RMB, the amount of such companies, 6937, the gross capital, 53.1 billion RMB, and the revenue equals to 22 billion RMB. The added value is 4.7% of the district¡¯s GDP, taking 14% of Beijing¡¯s culture creative industry. At present, besides the three main industrial areas, there are more than 9 characteristic areas including CBD culture media park, Chaoyang park fashionable culture area, Beijing happy Yale theme park. At the same time, many professional areas come forth, such as Lai Guangying Beijing Vino Factory International Art Park, Sunhexiang Beijing Dongyun Culture Gate Communication Centre, Wangsiying-xiang Kwan-yin hall Cultursl Street, Jiangtailxiang Champion Forest etc.
We can imagine, Beijing CBD and cultural industrial park will provide the major functions of international communication, connection with the world economics, modern service industry development and cultural communications in the future. During the period of ¡°the 11th five-year plan¡±, the 5 year old CBD and culture industrial park shall obtain a phase progress, the integrated effect of international finance and cultural creative industry will be more enhanced, modern service industry and culture creative industry will experience a great development.
Therefore, the international business Festival this year is to demonstrate the new programming, new idea of Chaoyang district¡¯s development, and to drive the city function establishment of Chaoyang district taking advantage of this platoform.<BR>The business festival this year will keep ¡°internationalization, specialization, marketability and high level¡±as its feature, and be divided into two parts: the forum and business activities.
