Evergreen Group (Taiwan) Sets up Its Headquarters in CBD of Beijing

Recently, Evergreen Group of Taiwan has signed a contract to invest nearly RMB 200 million in purchasing five floor of Building C, Central International Trade Center in CBD of Beijing, with total area of 7000 square meters as the Headquarters of Evergreen Group in Chinese Mainland.
Beijing Centaline Real Estate Company under Hong Kong Centaline Group will be the exclusive agent for Beijing Central International Trade Center. Li Wenjie, General Manager of Beijing Centaline has said that Central International Trade Center is composed of four Class A office buildings, which is developed and constructed by Hua Xi Investment Group, an US-invested enterprise. Price of such transaction between the Company and the Evergreen Group is very satisfactory to both sides. As a giant of air transportation, Evergreen Group is also a famous Taiwan business company with important impacts on promoting the "three links" across the Taiwan Strait, and hence the Chinese government has paid great attentions to the signing ceremony of the contract.
Those presented at the signing ceremony include Mr. Zhang Shichen, Director of the Economic Department of the Taiwan Affairs Office of the State Council; Ms Cao Jujing, Vice Director of the Taiwan Affairs Office of Beijing Municipality; Mr. Li Fengqi, Vice Director of the Taiwan Affairs Office of the Ministry of Communications; Mr. Pu Zhaozhou, Director of Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office of CAAC; Mr. Sang Xiaowei, Deputy Director of Beijing CBD Administrative Commission; as well as Mr. Zhou Baoyu, Chief Representative of Evergreen Group in the Mainland.
