Recently, Samsung Air-China Life Insurance Co., Ltd. jointly established by Samsung Life Insurance Company and China National Aviation Corporation has officially settled its Headquarters in the China Merchants Plaza, hence becoming the first corporate headquarters of financial enterprises officially moved in CBD of Beijing.
The initial registered capital of Samsung Air-China Life Insurance Co., Ltd. is RMB 200 million, with 50% contributed respectively by each party. Samsung Air-China Life Insurance Co., Ltd. established by two strong companies between China Aviation Group and Samsung Life will provide medium and high-income clients with life insurance products and services mainly through expert agents.
Samsung Life Insurance Co., Ltd. is the largest insurance company in South Korea. As the first SK-invested life insurance enterprise in China, it ranked the 18th in terms of revenue among life insurance companies around the globe. China National Aviation Corporation is the large domestic group enterprise with air transportation as its principal business.
