First Beijing Sub-branch Established by HSBC in CBD Opens for Business

According to news issued by HSBC, its new sub-branch established in Beijing will be officially open for business from April 29. HSBC is the first foreign bank that has established a sub-branch in Beijing.
According to the report, the newly established Beijing sub-branch of HSBC is located at the ground floor of the West Building of China World Shopping Mall, covering a floor area about 560 square meters. The Excellence Finance Center is set up in the branch to provide banking finance services for both enterprise and individual clients. The scope of services includes: RMB and foreign currency services to both Chinese and foreign enterprises; foreign currency service to local residents including foreign currency investment and finance products; as well as RMB and foreign currency services to foreigners and people from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan.
