The internal transit cycles: the buses will form up the independent system in CBD. When enter CBD, there are two optional transit cycles, one one is the special road for bus, and the other is only for the large-volume buses. At the edge of CBD, there will be four bus stations, respectively standing at the northeast corner of Dabeiyao, the northwest corner of Dabeiyao, the north end of the regional southeast greenbelt, and the west of Jingguang Center. You can take the bus at the stations outside of CBD or subway stations to enter CBD.
Four subway lines and seven subway stations: in the future, it is a good choice to enter CBD by subway. The planned Line 4 subway will take up the capacity of 40% of the mass entering CBD, with people flow at 36,000 persons each day. Now, there are 3 subways stations on Line 1, namely, Guomao, Yong'anli and Dawanglu. In the future, the interchange station of Guomao will be increased, as well as the Guanghualu station, Hujialou station on the Line 10, and the Jializhongxi station on Line 14.
Two layers of underground pedestrian roads: after the underground spaces are connected in CBD region, the effect of free underground traffic will be reached. The first underground layer is mainly for the commercial facilities and pedestrian roads, in which the pedestrian roads are linked with the aboveground pedestrian space and the second underground layer to form up the 3D pedestrian roads system. Parking inside CBD: it is planned to have 63,450 parking lots inside CBD, in which 90% is in underground, mainly the second layer, with the construction area of 2.5 million square meters. In addition, several shopping centers will be built at the second underground layer to form the network with the commercial premises at the first underground layer.
Theme parks: the orbicular greening system, two greening axles and four theme parks are specially arranged in the overall plan, with the concentrated greening rate at 10.5%; therefore, no matter passing through the mansions or taking a walk to the bus station, you will be surrounded by the greenbelts to eliminate the strain and weariness.
II. The production process of CBD communication plan
The specific communication plan was started on April 2001, to cooperatively draw up the CBD Communications Plan by Beijing Municipal Academy of Urban Planning and MVA Hong Kong Advisory Co., Ltd.. From August 2001 to March 2002, many domestic and overseas experts were invited to carefully evaluate this plan, which was successfully approved by the Beijing Municipal Government on July 15th, 2002.
In order to accomplish this plan, the relevant departments have investigated the traffic flow at each period of time, as well as the traffic situations of other regions in Beijing and worldwide CBDs, so as to draw up the scientific layout. In this plan, it is required that the junctions to each mansion must be linked with the minor trunk line, so that the vehicle can be driven onto the major and minor trunk lines from any exit of the building, which will not form up the traffic pressure in CBD region.

At present, CBD committee and relative department are drawing up the traffic planning for the roads around CBD, which is the total area of 82 square kilometers covering the area from Chongwenmen Nei Avenue to east Loop 5, and from Airport Highway to Guangqu Road.
