Today's CBD is not only a substituting noun of fortunes, but also a convenient attributive many people are willing to use. It seems that using CBD as a prefix can elevate the quality and collect people?s essentially.
I have attended two rap sessions with CBD as topic, and that the topics were both related to CBD sub-center.
The first session was held in a high-grade business building project which is located on the edge of CBD. The principal of the project said that the heartland of CBD was filled off and CBD need to spread outside. Their building has special location and just is the bridge tower in CBD expansion. That is to say, their project should be center of the future CBD sub-center.
The second was conducted in Wangjing which is far away from CBD. To match developer?s tone that Wangjing was to be conjoined with the internationalized CBD, a guest in the session threw out an opinion, believing that Wangjing has fetched up the CBD?s imperfect of small area and has been a sub-center to carry on some of CBD's functionalities.
These two sessions have come up with two sub-centers, but these two sub-centers are completely different either for location or acreage. Of course, the concept of CBD sub-center has been created long time before if tracing to its source. For example, Chaoqing district and Tongzhou east to Beijing have all named themselves as sub-centers. They may not have found out what CBD sub-center really is. They titled themselves just to elevate their prices. Thus, CBD has almost been a great title of which everyone can take some advantage whether relevant to it or not. There were CBD back gardens all over the sky, and even projects in Hebei Province were titled as CBD Living Room. But their attractions have all gone, so the sub-center is brought out. Such misused sub-center will be disgusting like the back gardens sooner or later. We bother those who take CBD sub-center as a selling point to show your mercy and not to bring shame on CBD any more.
If "sub-center of CBD" is a sensationalization of business conception,"back garden of CBD" will absolutely be a sensationalization of living conception. Just as "CBD sub-center" cannot be oriented clearly, the "back garden" with CBD as the attributive cannot be explained clearly. No matter how far away a project is from the CBD, people still scramble for it, the reason for which might be to raise funds for the un-confident projects with CBD gold medal. However, inhabitation is a necessary living condition, without conception of CBD.
