From now on, the foreign enterprises are allowed legally to invest within the boundaries, and needn¡¯t the registration authorities to provide corresponding certificate of investment qualification within the boundaries. According to the "Implementing Opinion on Several Issues in the Laws Applicable to the Examination and Approval, Registration and Administration of Foreign Investment Enterprises" issued by State Administration for Industry & Commerce, etc. on May 9, our country has simplified and loosened the registration and examination of and approval for foreign investment enterprises. At the same time, the establishment of the offices of foreign investing corporation no longer needs to apply for the industrial and commercial registration.
The Regulations is applied to the companies invested or established by the investors from Taiwan Area, Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and Macao Special Administrative Region and Chinese citizens (overseas Chinese) settled in the overseas, and the investing corporations invested by the foreign investors, companies established or invested by investing companies invested by foreign investors.
