| Chaoyang District signs the strategic cooperation intent aggrement with Hong Kong Phoenix TV |

On March 16th, Mr. Chen Gang, Chief Executive of the Chaoyang District, signed the strategic cooperation intent aggrement with Mr. Liu Changle, President of the board from Hong Kong Phoenix TV, in the Kuntai Royal Hotel. They reaching strategic intent on co-building the cultural & innovation integrated area of Chaoyang District. The Two parties determined to set the production base of the Phoenix TV as the initiative cooperation project. In addition, Chaoyang District has primarily planned to build a total of 11 cultural & innovation integrated areas in the District.
It is reported that in the further development of culture innovation industry, the Chaoyang District will cu focus on cultivating specialty innovation industrial groups. For instance: Sanlitun group that takes the fashion and entertainment as the feature, the Chaoyang park group that takes the open music performance as the feature, the Dahuan 798 group (Dashanzi) takes the movie and TV production etc. as the feature, the CBD group takes the media as the feature, the Panjiayuan group takes the antique trading as the feature, the Changying group takes the fashionable dress design as the feature, the Olympic-Asia group takes the sport, meeting, exhibition and culture leisure as the feature, the electron city group takes the technical originality as the feature, and the Sanjianfang group takes the animaation and cartoon as the feature and so on.
Currently, Chaoyang District is proceeding smoothly with the nine vital projects, which including the Chaoyang District Culture Section, Panjiayuan Antique & Artwirk Trading Center, the 798 Arts Area, the Beijing Joy Valley, Chaoyang Cultural Center, Gaobeidian Folk Culture Park, Sanlitun Modern Fashion Culture Block, Sanjianfang -- Gaojing Animation & Cartoon Base and Phoenix TV.
