On January 6, 2004, Vice Premier Zeng Peiyan, accompanied by concerned leaders such as Minister of the Ministry of Construction Wang Guangtao, Party Secretary of CCP Beijing Committee Liu Qi, Mayor Wang Qishan, came to an important program of CBD¡ªthe building site of the Beijing Jindi International Garden for inspection.
